Now, the reaction of the narcissist largely depends on the duration you've been associated with them. Have you been with them for years or just a few months? How deep and long-standing is your relationship with this individual before you decided to go 'No Contact'? The longer you've known the narcissist, the better you'll understand their behavioral patterns.

Generally, when you go 'No Contact' with a narcissist, here's what transpires. You stop communicating with them; you go 'No Contact'.
