We often hear women and children are the most vulnerable members of society. The following story from the North West Province will prove just that.
Thousands of underage girls living around the Ratlou Local Municipality outside Mahikeng are pregnant or recently had babies. Some of them as young as nine. Girls from this poverty-stricken area seem to be a target for older men with cash and other things that they would not be able to attain by themselves.
