We took on a challenge at Chad-O-Chef to see just how much food we could cook on the Boma Braai at one time 😎 and as you can see there was quite a spread.
Some extra special characteristics of the Boma made this possible:
1. The way the heat distributes.
The fire is made in the centre of the Boma, making it hotter in the centre and cooler around the sides so that you can cook different foods all at once.
2. The space all around the Boma allows extra chefs to step in and help.
3. The central aperture allows you to continuously add wood, while you are cooking.
4. The 8mm thick cooking surface retains excellent heat.
5. The centre grid allows you to flame grill your steaks, while you can stir fry other food on the flat surface surrounding it.
6. The centre aperture is also a perfect spot for a potjie pot.
This is the perfect option for any sized family, even for a Christmas brunch 🥰🎄
