🔥RARE! Only 40 Left in the World-Carcano Duca D’Aosta Carbine out of Ethiopia

Описание: When Italy took control over Ethiopia in 1937 after the Second Italo-Abyssinian War, the Duke of Aosta took charge of Italian East Africa as Viceroy and Governer-General. The Duke of Aosta was Prince Amedeo of Savoy-Aosta (Oct 21, 1898- Mar 3, 1942). He had his close body guards armed with intricately designed Carcano cavalry carbines, specially made by Beretta with gold engraving and silver inserts. This variation was named the Moschetto Modello 1891 Carbine Duca d’Aosta. There were only 100 produced, and currently, there about 40 are left in the world. Sadly, Amedeo was captured in 1941 when the British held a counteroffensive. He and his troops that surrendered were taken to a POW camp where Amedeo would succomb to tuberculosis and malaria in 1942.
