Have you guys ever tried one of these almost oil-free cookers? If not, I can recommend you give @Delonghiuae 's Idealfry or Multifry a go. Food will taste just as nice but you won't have that heavy/uncomfortably full feeling as you'll use little or no oil at all. And yes, this comes from a guy who loves his BBQ and all... :)
