Usually We produce art work in bronze using the lost wax casting method. The video show the casting process as a couple of our staff members pour molten silicon bronze from our furnace into some ceramic shell moulds.
When the bronze is cooled, remove the sand shell, there will remain many pieces bronze. That is the material of the sculpture. Then welding the piece and Polishing the surface.
