In this devlog, I go over several fixes and improvements I’ve been working on recently, some based on playtest feedback and others planned earlier as part of demo polishing.
I revisit and rework the character’s running animation, adjust the transfer animation logic that broke after introducing vertical movement, and address player confusion caused by directional arrows in Zona 3.
I also mention a possible tutorial addition to better explain how the character moves around corners and crosses streets.
More focused fixes and improvements are coming in the next episode.
