Code an Animated Pill Navigation Menu with Me

When I logged into the CapitalOne app a day or so ago I noticed there navigation menu and really liked the design. I thought it would be fun to sit down and rough out how I might recreate it for a web UI. This is different than the videos I've been uploading lately.
