Описание: We kick off Season 6 with the wonderful Christine Clinton a spa and wellness powerhouse who talks to us about her passions, work, and the many roles she’s had over the last 35 years around the topic of wellness for children.

Starting out helping her mum in her day-care centre, stepping in as a pre-school teacher at her son’s infant school, to chairing the Global Wellness Institute’s (‪@globalwellnessinstitute809‬) ‘Wellness for Children initiative’ and creating programmes like the Home Wellness Collection for parents and kids that includes activities such as breathwork, mindfulness and dino yoga, all of which became a godsend during lockdown. She is the co-founder of Junior Genius Global dedicated to early childhood development and the ‘Education for the Heart’ programme designed to support children's mental health, emotional, social and physical wellbeing. She has also co-created with ‪@Myndstream‬ a programme for neuro-divergent children using music.

Always looking ahead she tells us about a new certification course she has created for spa therapists and wellness professionals who want to be able to work confidently and safely with young people in spas. She shares her thoughts and suggestions around how to make young people welcome in spas and the importance of supporting their mental health by helping to show them that there's a way to feel good in their own skin, introducing them to positive benefits of touch and touchless therapies, especially for those who find touch difficult.
