These are quotes of the Stormblade relic unit from the old Steel Legion mod for Dawn of War: Winter Assault. The mod has been ported to Dark Crusade and Soulstorm but it doesn't work very well there. Some of the mod's assets are also used in the Unification mod for their own version of the Steel Legion.
The Stormsword relic unit uses the same voicelines. It only has two lines missing, one of which seemed like an error (the line mentioning the Plasma Destroyer is still there).
These voicelines are featured in the original Steel Legion mod and in the Unification mod. Although they are corrupted and cannot be converted the Unification mod team got their hands on them nevertheless.
