Although the pomodoro is effective, it can sometimes be limting as it interrupts your study constantly due to the breaks. This constant interruption can cause you to lose your flow state - which is that feeling of super focus.
Hence, the flowmodoro comes in!
By setting a timer that goes up, you’ll be able to enter the flow state during your study sessions, therefore allowing you to be so much more productive!
set timer going upwards (stopwatch)
study until your focus starts to slip
divide time by 5 (this is your break)
repeat!
