Over the past several months, we’ve listened closely to our half a million associates and communities across the nation to learn what we can do better to accelerate change and equity in our workplace, as well as the communities we serve. We’re thankful to those who stepped forward to speak openly about what meaningful action looks like to them, and there is no better way to make your voice heard than voting early or on Election Day.
