Hi! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial of a Leyte's Pride rice cake which is called Suman Nilambiran. This uses two types of glutinous rice that results to a pretty and delicious delicacy. Let's start!

Ingredients:

For White Glutinous:

2 1/2 cups or 1/2 kilo white glutinous rice
2 cups or 500 ml coconut milk (for glutinous rice)
3/4 cup or 188 ml coconut cream
1/2 cup or 91 g sugar
1/2 tbsp. or 10 g salt
45 g sliced ginger

For Dark Glutinous:

2 1/2 cups or 1/2 kilo violet/black glutinous rice
4 cups or 1 000 ml coconut milk (for glutinous rice)
3/4 cup or 188 ml coconut cream
1 1/4 cups or 228 g sugar
