One of the easiest/least expensive DIY pieces of equipment with the highest ROI is the SLED.
There are a lot of ways to knock this out. Here's what you need to re-create the version I use.
1. Used Tire. You can find these pretty anywhere. Also, you can create multiple levels of difficulty by using different sizes of tires rather than loading one tire with differing weights.
2. Eye Ring (I think that's what it's called) w/Nuts and Washers.
3. 2x4 or plywood for the base. Needs to fit in the tire so that anything you use to load the tire will stay secure.
3. Carabiner. For attaching the straps.
4. Loading Straps. If you have olympic rings or TRX, those'll work great as well.
5. Some form of weight. Cinderblocks, rocks, plates, sandbags, small humans.
I'll post more content around the application of this tool in your training but this should be a great start for you. Be creative and use this tool to get those apocalyptic gainz!
