CGST RULE 42 AND 43 GST AMENDMENT SEREIS PART 2A

Описание: On completion of three years of GST in India we started series of GST Amendment in CGST Rules and Act. From Jul’2017 to 2020 there is more than #475amendments in GST law which includes Amendment in Rules and Acts. GST Amendment Series has been started with a view to understand the Post GST era Journey in India in logical and analytical manner.
We started this GST Amendment series with amendment in CGST Rules as this part of law evidenced more than 370 amendments. The GST Amendment Series will start in descending i.e the Rules having maximum amendment will be discussed first and so on. The Idea behind GST Amendment Series is to equip our knowledge with a trail of development of GST Law.
