Is Self Defense Illegal in New York??

Описание: All law is based on morality, right? An immoral law is, therefore, tyrannical. Being clear on the basics of moral law as it pertains to self-defense is essential to any functioning society.

Right now there's a man on trial in New York, Daniel Penny, who subdued an aggressive man on a subway last year. In today's video, Sifu Jason discusses the basics of self-defense moral law and how New York is actually tyrannical. Why? Because rule of law literally demands the recognition of self-defense. Without the right to self-defense there is no freedom because free people have the moral right to their lives, labor and property. District Attorney Bragg, in bringing manslaughter charges on Mr. Penny - just like he did a year ago against a bodega store owner who defended himself against a robber - is proving that he supports crime but not self-defense.

This subject is the key of our times because so many of us are confused as to what rights are. Rights are defensible by force. That's it. Every single person has a right to be free from the aggression of others and no one has a right to another person's life, labor, or property. Believing and following this moral law won't give us a utopia but it will give us justice. What leaders like D.A. Bragg are doing is making free citizens live in fear of criminals and then punishing them if they defend themselves. That's literally tyranny.
