GOSHT KA ACHAR INGREDIENTS:
■ STEP 1●
1kg Beef cut into small pieces.
Lemon juice : 2 Tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste: 2Tablespoon.
Red chilli powder: 2Teaspoon.
Garam masala: 1 Teaspoon.
Salt: 2Teaspoon.
Termeric: 1Teaspoon.
Marinate all above ingredients to Beef for one hour. After one hour cook beef in a pan on low flame for 1/2 an hour,when cooked keep it aside.
■ STEP 2●
cumin or zeera: 2teaspoon.
Corriander or Dhania: 2teaspoon.
mustard seeds or rai: 1teaspoon.
onion seeds or kalonji: 1/4 Teaspoon.
saute the above indregents and grind into fine powder.
■ STEP 3●
Oil: 1/2 CUP.
cumin or zeera: 2teaspoon.
Mustard seeds or rai: 2teaspoon.
fenugreek seed or methi dana: 1teaspoon.
Dry red chilli: 5 to 6pecies.
Garlic cloves: 6pecies(roughly crushed).
Curry leaves or curry patta: handful.
In A pan add oil and above all ingredients then saute it for few minutes then add meat along grinded powder(of STEP 2) with 3tablespoon of red chilli
powder,1teaspoon of garam masala and lemon and fry beef for 5MINUTE.
SERVE GOSHT KA ACHAR WITH WHITE RICE.THANKYOU.
