Описание: GoPro video of the Keene descent that is part of the Ironman Lake Placid bike course. If you're a nervous descender I recommend you begin to feather your brakes early. Keene is a descent where you don't have to get up to high speeds if you are not comfortable, as no portion is very steep. It is easier to manage your speed from the beginning of the descent than it is to find yourself going faster than you are comfortable and hitting the brakes. If you are a confident descender then the entire descent can be done in your aerobars, provided you have clear road.
