This was a 6 day MC Swimbaits skiff trip onboard the beautiful 90-foot Shogun with the main focus on fishing for Calico Bass and Yellowtail. Being able to take a skiff out and fish get up close and personal in and around massive kelp beds and islands makes every single cast exciting. Most of these fish have never even seen a lure cross their path and when they did you would know about it. Hands down one of my favorite trips of the year and I can't wait to go on the next one.
