I've had Two Worlds II on my Steam account for several years now and only messed around briefly within the starting area many months ago. Never played the original TW1 (which, by all accounts, was a mess) but I'm intrigued by the Gothic-esque "European-ness" of the series. Two Worlds II's first environment (Savannah) is kinda boring, though, and didn't pull me in enough last time to keep me playing.
Here's some gloriously unedited gameplay footage (via Twitch) of me trying to get back in the game and re-learn the controls and mechanics of this not entirely polished RPG as rock-throwing baboons, gung-ho ostriches, stampeding rhinos and all sorts of wacky wild life try to kill me...
