Описание: Drone footage, CrossFit Independence Day 2017 event. CrossFit Vertex. The drone is used to capture some of the fun that dozens of athletes had on this day. Four different AMRAP (as many reps as possible) events spread out over the geographic area. Some inside and some on the outside. Box jumps to 20inch box, running, cleans, shoulder to overhead, row, wall ball, deficit burpees, double unders, kettle bell work with overhead and sumo deadlift high pull. What a great day of fitness before all of the BBQ.
