Almost impossible to consciously do the eye patterns. Mostly because when you learn them, you learn them from watching someone else's face so completely the wrong way around when you try to imitate them. Rachel actually asks on one of the eye pattern questions "which eye pattern is this?"

And you see her looking around for information if the question wasn't good enough, or searching for information if the question was confusing.

If you listen to Adams comments, you see and hear the whole process unfolding. Remember we have taken literally hundreds of people through this process, and the results are the same. Try it yourself with specific questions on others before commenting please :)
