BEST DELHI MUGHLAI FOOD NOW IN HYDERABAD - Changezi chicken, Laccha paratha etc

Описание: Today, it's going to be Mughlai cuisine of Delhi vs Nizami of Hyderabad. It's Mughals vs Nizam, recently i visited this place called Delhi Dastarkhaan in Malakpet and was in shock when i found the amount of taste and value that they are giving in terms of delicious food compared to the pricing that they are charging for it.

This place is a very compact, casual ambiance which is fit for parcels as it's dishes are priced very low. A must try for chicken gravy lovers is their special chicken Changezi which is a favorite of Delhi, this gravy is cooked in tomato and imli on a tawa, cooked slowly for hours while the chicken is half cooked in tandoori so that it holds its texture and flavors.


Their way of cooking beef is exceptional, no doubt that in terms of texture, it melts like butter. Their Nahari, Kadhai Gosht, Chops and Muradabad ki Biryani which was very close to Afghani pulao and mandi, was also excellent but as a Hyderabadi is loves his rice packed with flavors, my heart still beats for Hyderabadi Biryani.

If you want to have authentic Delhi cuisine here in Hyderabad this is the place to go. The owners and the staff are originated from Delhi.
