He stated that his wife—64-year-old Kathleen Kim Fowler—was intoxicated, repeatedly yelling, and acting aggressively, rushing toward him and pulling at him. Given the seriousness of the report, deputies were immediately dispatched to the scene to assess the situation and take appropriate action. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
