Work Process：
Four vibratory bowl feeders automatic feeding, keyway broaching, automatic unloading.(Each side of the machine has two fixtures, one time working can process four plugs, each side of the machine can broach different keyway slot.)
Product Description：
The machine is designed for cylinder plug automatic broaching process. It use four vibratory bowls for feeding. Both sides of the machine is equipped with one set broaching cutter consist of 12 pieces. Each side is fixed with two fixtures that can process two plugs at the same time. Each side can use different cutter to broach different keyway slot. The machine is controlled by PLC and HMI touching screen pane, and has the function of over-load protection, shortage alarming and stuck alarming.
