Chow mein v/s hakka noodle recipe is made after requesting by a fan that she was confused between noodles prepration like hakka noodles which belongs to the people of hakka and chow mein varies on two words which means fried noodle in China
ingredients
chawmin
• water -500 ml ( for boiling )
• noodle - 100 gm
• capsicum -1 no
• carrot - 50 gm
• cabbage -50 gm
• onion -1no.
seasoning
• salt - 1/2 tbsn
• aromat - 1/2 tbsn
• dark soya - 1 tbsn
• Light soya - 1 tbsn
• chilli paste - 1 tbsn
• tomato ketchup - 1 tbsn
• white vinegar - 1 tbsn
• black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsn
HAKKA NOODLE
• Bell pepper - 100gm
• cabbage -100 gm
• carrot - 80 gm
• onion - 80 gm
• pok choy - 1 no.
seasoning
• salt - 1/2 tbsn
• white pepper - 1/2 tbsn
• dark soya sauce - 2 drop
• light soya sauce - 2 drop
• white vinegar - 1 tbsn
• Aromat powder - 1/2 tbsn
