Fitting on a Mr Jiang model dog wig to the model dog mannequin from Cute Cutz Grooming.
We know this could be frustrating the first time figuring out the proper technic.
Let us show you how simple it is.

As we showed you in our previous video, you will need the model dog mannequin already built.
The right wig. in this case, we will fit a teddy bear model wig to its teddy bear model Mannequin.
Note that model dog bodies come in different sizes. Bichon, Poodle, and Teddy bear mannequins are all different.
You need to have the right wig and body pair.
You can find a large hole in the belly part of the model wig. This is where we are going to fit the body.
Turn the rear legs in a horizontal position, same with the front legs.
This will stabilise the mannequin while we try to fit the wig on the model dog's head and face.
We can start fitting the model wig onto the mannequin head first and try to locate the model's nose and line it up with the white muzzle of the wig. When we have that pull, the wig is done at the back of the neck so that the wig will slide into position on the model's head.
You can feel this by the tightness of the model wig around the model head.
The next step is to place the model dog's legs in a sitting position by folding the rear legs under the body and the front legs down to a vertical position. This will stabilise the model while we attach the nose and eyes.
With your touch, try to locate the hole on the front top part of the nose. Use the awl tool to make a hole through the wig fabric material. Widen the gap by circulating the tool in this spot.
Then fit the nose piece in place.
Repeat this step for both eyes.
Next, we will slide the front legs into the model wig one by one by turning the legs toward the model's head and pulling the wig over the front legs. Make sure you see the feet popping out of the hole bottom of the wig.
To fit the rear legs into the wig, we need to turn the legs under the belly of the mannequin. Slide the legs in one by one. Please make sure the feet pop out at the bottom, then turn the legs clockwise, one leg at a time to place them in the correct position.
After the body, we slide the tale piece of the mannequin into the tale piece of the model wig. You will find a cutout on the body wig. This hole will help you locate the small spot on the mannequin where you have to fit the tale.
