He's been a longtime client for many, many years. He's moved with me 12 times...😉

💥Which sounds like, wow - 12 times!💥

🔎Did we find him the right place? Well, my friend David, client, he just gets bored.

👉🏼He started, when he moved from Carleton Place to Orleans on Bilberry Drive.

🏠He's in a one bedroom. He wanted a little more space, then moved to a two bedroom, then he wanted to go to the West End, so he went to Curling Avenue.

...He didn't like the West End❌

🏠He moved back towards East and went to St-Laurent. Boulevard to a two bedroom, one level. And then he thought the two levels were pretty cool, so he moved to a two-level unit from there.

He still loved the neighbourhood near St-Laurent, so he moved to Lafontain. ✅

These were buys and sells back and forth. 💰↔️

✍🏽Today we've signed David up, as he's been with me a very long time.

To the Wild Pine Retirement Home in Stittsville, actually a beautiful retirement home here, David.😃

✔️David will have his own room, three meals a day, ✔️communicate with other peoples in the building.

✔️Lots of sitting areas, lots of activities for him to do, he's pretty excited to move on to the next step to the Wild Pine Retirement home. 🏢🌳
