Описание: The prone lying, propping, and press up series of exercises are good for someone with low back pain due to a flat, straight or slouched low back posture in their low back. The purpose of these exercises is to increase the curvature of the lower back and a promote ROM and flexibility of the joints of the lower back and muscles of the anterior abdomen. We typically ask our patient to remain in the lying and propped position for four minutes each. When you do the press up variety, we typically ask our patients to do three sets of 10 repetitions.
