Two years ago I hatched a clutch which had an 8 ball female in it (Cinnamon Black Pastel allelic combo). It was kinked and many of you have asked how she's doing. Here's a quick video update for you all.
Not the best outcome for this particular morph which is known to carry possible defects. Some are perfect, but not all of them are.
This video also serves as a lead in to my next genetics video on TSD, Polymorphic Variation and Parthenogenesis in Ball Pythons. We'll also look at genetic defects. This one appears to be a monogenic defect associated with the black pastel/cinnamon allele.
