Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate trend, these no-bake date bars are perfect for Ramadan 🌙🍫
Naturally sweetened, rich, and ideal for Suhoor or Iftar.
Made with a naturally sweet date base, crispy golden kataifi, rich pistachio paste, crunchy nuts, and finished with dark chocolate and mixed seeds — this recipe is perfect for Suhoor or Iftar.

Ingredients:
Base
• 15 Medjool dates, pitted
Kataifi Layer
• Kataifi pastry
• 1 tbsp butter
• Pistachio paste
Toppings
Handful of chopped nuts
Almonds
Cashews
Pistachios
Walnuts
Chocolate Layer
• 200g dark chocolate, melted
Seeds
• Sunflower seeds
• Pumpkin seeds
• Flax seeds
• Sesame seeds
Method
1. Roast kataifi pastry in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until golden and crispy. Transfer in a bowl and let it cool completely.
2. Line a dish with baking paper. Remove pits from the dates and press them firmly into the base.
3. Mix the cooled kataifi with pistachio paste.
4. Spread the kataifi–pistachio mixture evenly over the date layer.
5. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
6. Melt the dark chocolate and spread it evenly over the nuts.
7. Swirl extra pistachio paste over the melted chocolate
8. Finish with a sprinkle of mixed seeds.
9. Refrigerate for 40 minutes or until set.
10. Slice and enjoy!
🌙 Perfect as a make-ahead snack for Ramadan.
