Finally, I get my hands on playing as the legendary Kenshiro in Sega & Arc System Works' - Hokuto no Ken: Shinpan no Sōsōsei Kengō Retsuden (北斗の拳 ～審判の双蒼星 拳豪列伝～). As a fan of the anime (since I first seen it in the late 90's) and with Arc Systems visual game style, this was a no brainer to play. Hope that you enjoy!
(Last fight I went so deep into focus mode my green screen didn't fully sit right haha!) and apologies for mispronouncing Thouther's name. My bad.
