Описание: My reaction and review of Technical Ecstasy by Black Sabbath. This was Black Sabbath's 7th album and it has a reputation for breaking a six album streak of classics from their genre defining debut up to Sabotage. Supposedly this album was marred by the band's breakdown due to their alcohol and drug addictions at the time.

My personal favourite Black Sabbath albums are Paranoid and Master of Reality, but I love the debut and Sabotage very much as well. Technical Ecstasy is the penultimate album of the era to include the original lineup of Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward.

The version of Technical Ecstasy I listened to is the brand new mix of the album by Steven Wilson, who has previously done incredible remixes of classic albums by King Crimson, Yes and Jethro Tull.
