Central heating radiators are real dust traps. Also they loose efficiency, so costing you more money to run. Trying to clean the dust out with the top and side grills on can be an impossible job. Here are three radiators two with similar fixings and one wraparound grill type, that I have taken outside to show more clearly how to get the grills off.
