Get our Ultimate Guide to Cases & Briefs (FREE) here: https://www.legaleagleprep.com/caseguide You’ll learn how to read cases in five minutes and summarize them in 3 lines. It will change the way you read your casebook.

Case briefs. Ugh.

Case briefs are the worst.

Even if you went on a six month vacation after taking the LSAT, you’ve probably heard about case briefs. You’ve probably heard horror stories about student’s reading cases non-stop and preparing their case briefs for hours before class starts.

Those stories are probably true.

But if you haven’t purchased your casebooks yet and you haven’t started classes, you might be wondering: WHAT THE HELL IS A CASE BRIEF?

I get that question a lot so I decided to make the definitive explainer about case briefs.

In this video you’ll learn everything about case briefs:

Why casebriefs suck
Why they take so much time
How you can get around them

Also, be sure to use our Flipped Case Method. The trick is to read the supplements and commercial outlines first. Read several of them. Then, once you have an idea of what is important about the case, and only then, read the text of the case itself. This “Flipped Case Method” will save you hours of time and make you far more prepared for class discussion. Learn more in our video:    • Keep Up With Your Case Reading and Prepare...
