Eggless Sponge Cake | Hot Milk Cake

Ingredients:

150ml Milk
100 unsalted butter
120gms thick yogurt
165gms Sugar
1/4tsp Vanilla Essence
210gms Miada
1 n 1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Baking Soda

Method 👩🏼‍🍳

Step 1 : Grease pan and keep it aside

Step 2 : Preheat oven @175c for 10 minutes

Step 3 : Heat milk and add butter and mix n keep it aside

Step 4 : In another bowl, add yogurt sugar and vanilla essence and mix until sugar melts completely in yogurt

Step 5 : Sieve and add Maida n Baking Powder n Baking Soda

Step 6 : Mix and add hot milk and gently mix, make sure to not over mix

Step 7 : Pour it in greased tin

Step 8 : Bake @175c for 25 minutes

Step 9 : Cool down completely and cut n enjoy
