L/S looking up Times Square - people walking to shelters. L/S wardens and policemen standing around in the deserted streets. L/S and M/S traffic starting up again after all clear signal has been given. L/Ss of people coming out of shelters and boarding buses etc. - traffic beginning to move (several shots). L/S of pigeons in Times Square. L/S of traffic stopping and wardens directing people to shelter. L/S pigeons in Times Square (deserted of traffic etc.). Deserted New York streets.
