Fresno County Sheriff John Zanoni was joined by former Sheriff Margaret Mims and county supervisors for a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday afternoon.

The new state-of-the-art facility was designed for enhanced mental health care, cutting-edge programming for incarcerated people, and advanced security features.
