In this video I'm rebuilding the starter on a 2002 Yamaha R6. The brushes, dust seal, bearing, pilot bearing and o-rings are usually replaced, but in this kit the bearings wouldn't fit the main shaft and the brush assembly was hard to install due to minor differences. The kit still installed and works perfectly so far (3 months and counting).
