215 Degrees - 6 Hours
250 Degrees - 3 Hours
250 Degrees - “wrapped” - 2 Hours
Pulled to let rest @ 206 degrees internal
Rest on Counter - 1 Hour
Rest in Cooler - 3 Hours
Reheat on Smoker - 275 Degrees - 20 Mins
Slice & Serve
