Deep underground in the metropolis of New York, there lived a giant old rat called Splinter and ninja turtles .

Splinter was once a talented ninja from Japan.

However, due to a plot by his disciple, he was turned into a giant rat.

The power of the MT gun, the life transformer gun that turned Splinter into a rat, extended to the water tank near him, and also transformed the turtles that were there.
