Описание: A battle is brewing in Cranbury over property rights and how communities fulfill their constitutionally mandated obligations to provide affordable housing. Andy Henry, whose family has owned a farm on South River Road since 1850, has hired a lawyer to fight possible attempts from township leaders to buy or seize his land by eminent domain to create affordable housing there.
