The North Queensland Cowboys conducted leadership and team building activities facilitated by members from the Combat Training Centre at Lavarack Barracks, Townsville, in the teams' preseason events leading up to the 2024 National Rugby League season.
The activity started off with a coaching session to draw out individual leadership qualities in the North Queensland Cowboys Senior Coaches and players.
The culminating activity involved a series of Army-lead drills to focus on teamwork and communication, encouraging emerging leaders to develop their decision-making skills under pressure.
