A 1-Hour Immersive Sound Journey with Digital Landscapes and MS Paint Archives

Описание: This is the third chapter. A contemplative experience designed for deep listening, focus, or digital drift.

A shift from the physical to the digital. Most of my drawings are scratchboard (and black and white), but for two years and more, I started to use digital tool, MsPaint first and Krita more recently.
This chapter is focused on MsPaint and explores the liminal spaces created through primitive software, where pixels replace ink but the shadows remain the same. Rooted in science fiction and abstract architecture (AND black and white, my passion)

THE MS PAINT PHILOSOPHY

For this session, I am presenting a series of digital drawings created entirely with MS Paint (and alternatives like PaintBrush).
Why MS Paint? I believe the tool doesn't make the artist. I choose to adapt my mindset to the limitations of the software. Working without layers forces me to think quickly and commit to every stroke. It is a self-imposed creative prison that offers, paradoxically, a unique form of freedom.
There is a specific imaginary world that only the primitive spray tool and the aliased lines of Paint can reveal. These are not just drawings; they are the result of a playful yet frustrating dialogue with a limited tool.


THE SOUND: FROM STORM TO DIGITAL LANDSCAPE

The sonic foundation of this chapter is a field recording of a full night of storm, captured from my window. Using Ableton Live, I processed this raw material to transcend the natural element.
By stretching the audio and applying layers of filters, bit-crushers, echoes, and harmonies, I transformed the original storm into a dense, digital soundscape. The result is a sonic architecture that breathes with the wind but belongs to a synthetic world.
