Drum cover of a Christmas song covered by Chris Tomlin.
The words are by English hymn writer Isaac Watts, based on Psalm 98 in the Bible and first published in 1719. Written as a hymn glorifying Christ's triumphant return at the end of the age, rather than a Christmas song celebrating his first coming as a babe born in a stable.
Played using Addictive Drums then used the MIDI file to trigger Superior Drummer. Generated an audio track of the Addictive Drums channel and added it to the Logic Pro file that had Superior Drummer then bounced the whole thing down, creating a hybrid drum track of both software programs.
