In this video, I test out the Meta x Oakley HSTN smart glasses to see how they stack up against my Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. I’ll walk you through a website check, a full unboxing, a video and camera test, and my final thoughts after using them for a bit.

Right away, I noticed a few key differences — the HSTNs are slightly heavier than my Ray-Ban Metas, but the fit sits perfectly between the small and large Ray-Ban sizes, which makes them surprisingly comfortable. The camera quality is a definite step up from the first-gen Ray-Ban Metas, and the battery life easily lasts longer, which was a nice surprise.
