We had an awesome armwrestling sparring session with Erik Kurvink!
I was able to pull with my right hand a little more than usual. I still felt some pain, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
Erik is super strong and he has a bright future ahead of him. I'm very happy he could make some time to come to our gym and train with us!
The sparring itself might seem a little different than usual (like it being less intense and the pulling finishing before pining each other). This is usually how we train while sparring so we can hit more specific angles and so we don't get too sore for tomorrow's weight training.
