Описание: Lau ghonto is a popular Bengali style Bottle gourd recipe. This recipe has many variations as sometimes its made with chingri (prawns) or fish but here I have made this as a vegetarian recipe with coconut. Usually its made with moong dal bori which I have already shown on my channel with biuli daler bori (see link below). This recipe is also called lau er chechki recipe in Bengali language. Hope you all like this simple yet delicious niramish Lau er torkari. It tastes delicious and served with steamed rice.

1) One Medium size bottle gourd de-skinned and chopped
2) 2 teaspoon mustard paste
3) 1 teaspoon ginger paste
4) Grated coconut
5) salt to taste
6) sugar to taste (use little more than usual)
7) cooking oil
8) black mustard seeds
