The reality of Dublin's rental crisis

Описание: For more than seven years, a Dublin woman has drifted from one rented place to another, but in the last month alone, she has had to move house twice.

Jade Dunne (31), originally from Glasnevin and now living in Swords, said she had “never in her adult life” been able to afford to rent by herself.

“I’ve been renting on and off since I was 24,” she said. “I’ve only ever been able to afford to rent if I’ve been in a relationship or sharing with friends. I’m 31 and I’ve never lived alone; it’s just not possible.”
