During this series we'll cover all aspects of making our Augusta Shirt & Dress! This is a great series for anyone just starting out sewing with sewing and may need a bit of hand holding, and also for experienced sewers looking to pick up extra tips.
It's an easy lesson today! We start with darts – the difference between the dart on the 0-18 and 14-30 patterns, and then demo how to sew each one. After that it's time to prep the back by sewing up the pleat. You're now all ready for our next lesson where we'll be attaching the yoke!
